RETURN POLICY
 
 Returning Non-Furniture Items
 
 
Parcel Returns
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out.  We will gladly exchange or refund for any reason within 15 days from product delivery date.  After 15 days, all sales are final, no exceptions.  Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders - no exceptions.
 
In order for returns to be accepted, You must call us for a RMA # prior to returning the merchandise; address for returns will be provided at that time.  Items must be:
  • in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, original packaging).   
  • All returns must be sent via an insured and/or trackable carrier
  • We will credit 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping charges.  All credit will be refunded to the credit card/payment method used during the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. 

Place the packaging slip along with the RMA # written somewhere on the packaging slip and place inside shipping package.  

Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or personalization information is not correct due to our error.
Parcel Exchanges
Except for Personalized and Custom products, exchanges may be requested for any reason within 15 days from product delivery date.  Exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price. While your shipping fee is not refundable, your exchanged item will be shipped for free.   Please follow guidelines above for your returns.
Personalized Item Returns
Personalized items are not returnable for obvious reasons (unless of course the error was made on our part such as wrong initials, wrong color selection, etc).

Registry Returns
Items purchased from a Gift Registry may be returned by the purchaser or recipient for a full merchandise refund or exchange within 15 days of the Event Date, provided the items meet the above mentioned return conditions.
Damage During Shipping 
If all or part of your order was damaged during shipping, please contact within 24 hours of delivery so ee can file a claim with the carrier.  Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the claim will be paid, we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) or issue a refund (limited to the damaged item only - not the full order).  Do not return the damage item(s) unless instructed to do so.  
Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders - no exceptions.
